A product that has been used outdoors, exposed to dirt, moisture, stains, smoke, pets, or other conditions that materially affect its condition may be considered unsuitable for resale and may not qualify for a return.

After reviewing the order and the issue, we may provide return instructions and arrange an appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution.
For an approved return resulting from our fulfillment error, Asteron LLC will cover the applicable return shipping cost.
- Returns for Other Reasons
If you wish to return an eligible product for a reason unrelated to a product defect, damage, or fulfillment error, the return may be accepted subject to the requirements of this policy.
In such cases, the customer is generally responsible for the return shipping cost.
The original shipping charge, if any, may not be refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

The product has a qualifying manufacturing defect;
The product was damaged during shipping under circumstances for which Asteron LLC is responsible; or

11. Shipping Charges
For approved returns caused by a qualifying product defect, quality issue, or fulfillment error, Asteron LLC will cover the applicable return shipping cost.
For returns unrelated to a product defect or Asteron LLC’s error, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping.
Original shipping charges may not be refundable for customer-initiated returns unless required by applicable law.
- Exchanges
Product exchanges may be available depending on product availability and the circumstances of the request.

- Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests received before the order has been processed or shipped.

- One-Time Purchases
All purchases from asteronllc.org are one-time purchases.
Asteron LLC does not sell products through subscriptions, recurring billing, automatic replenishment, or automatic renewal programs.
Customers will not be automatically charged for future orders or shipments.
